How quickly will an adviser contact me?

We ask that advisers contact you as soon as possible and we have made it clear that they should take no longer than 24 hours.

Does the information I give to you stay confidential?

Yes, any information you give on the contact form will only be shared with the adviser you have selected and us. Please see our privacy policy for further information.

Are you FSA Compliant?

Yes, we have done everything possible to ensure that we are compliant with FSA guidelines.

We are not authorised to give you financial advice, however we have designed the site to provide you with as much helpful information as possible to enable you to find the right Financial Adviser.

Are all the financial advisers listed with you regulated by the FSA?

Yes, we check and monitor that every adviser listed with us is regulated by the FSA, to give you peace of mind that you are talking to an authorised and appropriately qualified adviser.

Authorised advisers are registered on the FSA register www.fsa.gov.uk/Pages/register/. It is free to check the register.

How do you make your money?

The site is free to use for consumers, however we do charge a small referral fee to the advisers registered on the site.

What happens if I'm not happy with the service/advice received from a financial adviser?

If you would like to provide us with feedback on this site or if you are not satisfied with the experience you had with one of the advisers on our site, please contact us.

We review all feedback received on financial advisers and will take action to remove from the site those advisers that fall short of our high standards.

If you have specific complaint about the advice you were given by the financial adviser, you should follow the complaints procedure set out in their ‘Key Facts’ document. This is the document a financial adviser has to (by law) issue you with, before providing you with advice.
